Monika Esterbauer is a qualified wholesaler and has been working in the office of the Austrian Association of Tiled Stove Producers since 2000. Before then, she worked as a building site administrator and in site administration in civil engineering, to be more precise in underground railway construction. In addition to general secretarial work, Monika Esterbauer is mainly responsible for the preparation of accounts, account assignment and cost centres, she takes care of payments and accountancy, the calculation program and upkeep of the database, and also helps stove fitters, among other things, in checking applications or with their licences. Above all, Monika Esterbauer is in effect the voice of the Association of Tiled Stove Producers because whoever telephones the Association will usually be greeted by her.
